Why Do Men Like To Touch

switchboards I fraudulent Enel Energy

The story I'm about to tell you, from bitter experience of the undersigned, shows how the plots, not only exist, but are also well covered by an impenetrable glass ceiling.

In April (of 2010) my mother gets a call from an operator that looks like Enel and asks her if she wanted to join the bi-hourly rate, with the sole purpose of obtaining our personal information. Of course, already by that time, began to sprout suspicions that Enel would have reason to know my information? Are not already in their possession?
The answer is NO, because those who Phone calls are not Enel, but Enel Energia, which, unlike its predecessor, is a private company (and a memorable scam)!

Soon comes a responsibility to our house saying that working for Enel Energia. What aroused my suspicion was that this time my mother to the persistent question: "Well you Enel?", The nominee replied undaunted: "We are the free market."

At that point, for clarity, my mother calls to the centers Enel to know if they had received the information that we gave the first call. They respond that we have not received anything and that there were their to make your first call. However, reassure us by telling us the data provided by phone have no legal value and that any hypothetical scam would be excluded. So do not worry!

rest easy until the last days of July, when we discover that they have become clients of "Enel Energy - Free Energy Market!

But how is it possible? We have not signed anything with them! There must be a contract where there is the signature of all residents of the apartment? The exchanges of Enel Energia silent, do not know anything!

After an odyssey of phone calls we are able to send us those elusive contracts via e-mail signatures and find patently false: I do not know how to do? Maybe copied from other documents, but at least they could do better! With the data provided by phone contracts have concocted for our two apartments and also that of my grandparents with a lot of forged signatures.

Let me explain why I'm so sure that they are false signatures:

a) We all agree that we have affixed the signature of any contract.

b) The contract of my paternal grandfather shows a completely different from the authentic signature (some characters such as "S" have distorted handwriting).

c) My father has "signed" two contracts with two signatures (of course) different from one another.

d) Last but not least! My maternal grandfather had signed a contract dated 14/04/10, you are left escape only one small detail: my grandfather passed away, unfortunately, three years ago! And of course the exchange falls from the clouds, as they say. Why not investigate those responsible CICAP that prove so worthy to be signed by a contract from the afterlife?

We have recently sent a letter to the "cordial" gentlemen Enel Energy: Let's see what happens!

What I say is be careful when you call and are like "free market" are Enel Energia. If on your bill, the Enel brand is blue, then in that case you have been victims of a scam!
is not true that these fraudulent agents with the gas is cheaper, their Enel to take it just as it does cost less!

If any of Enel Energia is reading this post, shame on you, first of all, then I should explain who they are 066 Broker, Broker Broker 065 and 070 (the notorious three officers who attended the signing of our contract)?

last thing: If you cheat, use a recommended denial of the request for signature, but did not report it! With strategic-paid lawyers who will give you wrong!
Beware!
